A Cypriot company’s financial statements must be audited annually and the same applies in the case of a business of a self employed individual provided its annual turnover is over €70,000. Audited financial statements must be filed, together with an annual return with the Registrar of Companies in the case of companies only. Form IR4 and form IR1 for self employed individuals respectively must be submitted to the Tax Department via the Taxisnet.
